Founders and Partners
Table Mountain Capital’s principals began their relationship at Emory University in 1992. Upon graduation, they pursued separate entrepreneurial career paths while maintaining their strong friendships. Starting in the late 1990s, they developed a common interest in alternative investments while becoming increasingly disappointed by their respective wealth management firms. In 2005, the principals combined their personal investment efforts and formed Table Mountain Capital to focus on alternative and private investments.
In addition, the principals co–founded Kapa Biosystems, a 200+ person company specializing in the development of advanced protein engineering technology. The company was acquired by Roche in 2015.
